Middle earth..

Crossed Equator today and took part in very messy ceremony to transform from Polywog to Shelback. It is a naval tradition so look up the source as no one knew where ploywog came from. Had rice and other horrid stuff in hair and underwear and drank a little of a vile concoction made on boat. All very messy fun. We are heading to very large wind hole so maybe 3 days of being still. Bugger. No news re Chinese ports but unlikely we will head there. Maybe spend more time in the Philippines. Hard graft with such hot weather but the company makes all the difference. My helming is improving not so snake like. It is tough leg 4/5 are a warm up for leg 6 so I will be well prepared. Love to all 😍
